The Magick ~
Hi! I'm Lauren.
I am here to create a shift in how healing takes place. Our spiritual, emotional, and mind-space energy IS part of our health and also not cared for enough. The truth is that we each have intelligence across all aspects of the self that need acknowledgment.
How did I end up here doing this work?
Many years ago I experienced a personal trauma that became what felt like a terrible monster in my life. This was followed by repeated traumas that hindered my ability to heal. After struggling for many years and finally having my own awakening, I knew I needed to put in the work to move through that challenging time. I was not sure what this process had in store for me. I acknowledged at my core that I really needed to do something in order for any changes to take place. With lots of desperation and enough self-love to start on my journey, I jumped in. Nope! It was not easy. But, totally worth every struggling and maddening moment.
By choosing to practice better self-care and listen to my inner voice (yes, learning to trust your intuition), I have discovered a passion for energy/light work and truly believe it helps to calm the mind, body, soul, and higher self. This helps healing to take place. Everyday. Everyday I work on me and how I can be in-the-now and create my own space to breathe through the tough parts. We all have this ability. Sometimes it's just hard to allow ourselves this precious self-care. The great thing is that ANYONE can receive these types of therapies and benefit from them. Energy/light work is also non-invasive; the energy which comes from therapies can only do good for the self.
My work often intertwines - energy goes where it's needed for healing purposes. For this reason, during IET or a card reading, other components of the work I do will naturally occur. This is the beauty of whole-person healing centeredness. The WHOLE YOU is acknowledged and cared for. To ensure the whole you is thought of, I start my sessions with a full-body energetic scan, as I call it, to bring forth all parts of yourself with kindness and a gentle flow of cooling energy that is typically provided by your life-guides.
I continue this work because I truly believe in it. I am honored to be a witness to the magic of healing arts and using the Universe's natural energy to help others who are looking for alternative ways to integrate healing into their lives.
